Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. General Principles

This policy explains the cancellation, withdrawal and refund terms for services and digital products purchased from Mesut Aslan – Triadsoft (Sole Proprietorship).

2. Withdrawal Period

The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase, provided that the performance of the service has not begun, and receive a full refund of the amount paid.

3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services whose performance has begun with the Buyer's explicit consent (e.g., projects where custom software development has started) or for digital content delivered instantly in electronic form that cannot be returned.

4. Refund Process

Refund requests must be sent to info@triadsoft.com.tr along with order details. Upon approval, the amount is refunded using the original payment method through the iyzico infrastructure within the legally required period.
