Buyer: The individual or legal entity placing an order for a service/product through the Site.

2. Subject of the Agreement

This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the service/product ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Site.

3. Service/Product and Payment Information

The type, nature, price and payment method of the ordered service/product are communicated to the Buyer electronically at order confirmation. Payments are securely collected through the iyzico infrastructure.

4. Delivery

Digital services and software projects are delivered electronically within the timeframes specified in the agreement/proposal. If physical products are involved, delivery time and conditions are specified separately during the order process.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days from the date of delivery, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. However, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised for services whose performance has begun with the Buyer's approval before the withdrawal period expires, and for digital content delivered instantly in electronic form.

6. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from this agreement are subject to the Provincial/District Consumer Arbitration Committees within the monetary limits announced by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, and Consumer Courts for disputes exceeding these limits.
